Orders Shipped Via Courier:

Dependent on where stock is located, some items can be dispatched within 1 to 10 Days after payment has been confirmed.

Please contact us if you have any special shipping requirements.

We unfortunately do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines,power stations,game reserves,lodges, airports or harbours, and should your delivery address fall into one of these areas you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.

Goods are only couriered from Monday to Friday.

Courier-->(Door to Door) Service is a little bit more expensive, but is more reliable than the Post Office and you will receive your order sooner and it is safer.

All shipping weights are calculated per the volumetric rate size. (L x W x H)


Shipping Info.

1. Shipping prices will be automatically calculated once you add your items to your "Shopping Cart" before you confirm your order. (Make sure you have registered and logged in to see the shipping pricing.)


Orders Shipped Via Post Office:

International Post Office Shipping: 

We do Ship internationally to the USA, UK, and Australia. Payments via PayPal or VISA Card Accepted.
Post Office Insurance (Counter to Counter):

Three percent is automatically added, when choosing "Post Office + Insurance"
Note: We can not take responsibility for any parcels damaged or lost by the Post Office if not insured.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend you choose the Courier for fragile items, as we cannot guarantee the safe handling of goods by the Post Office.

Stock from Our Suppliers:

We hold stock of many items displayed on S&H Electronic Services, however some items are drawn from our main suppliers and they might be temporarily out of stock.
Therefore some items lead time may vary from our suppliers. (Lead time can be between 1 to 5 weeks).
Please feel free to check with us once you have placed the order and also before you make payment, you can always cancel the order if you wish.

What does this mean?
This is an estimated time frame when stock is usually dispatched. (Excluding - Saturdays & Sundays & Public Holidays)
Time frames could vary depending on where stock is held: Example; CT or JHB.
Note: Orders can only be collected from our Cape Town Office's.
Generally orders will be dispatched within this time frame.


 

In the event of a temporary out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled either to cancel the order and be fully refunded, or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as may be agreed upon.

In a few case scenarios,suppliers suddenly depleted stock after we verified availability for a customer.A full refund will be issued in this situation.

We may also contact you in the event of our suppliers being out of stock and offer you a similar product. You may also be given the opportunity to upgrade or downgrade to another product.

In the event of a permanent out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to be fully refunded. Or we will contact you to offer an upgrade or downgrade.

E.F.T. Payments will be refunded for the full amount,

Credit card refunds are subject to a 2,5% bank handling fee.

Refunds after Checking out.

Orders supplied correctly will be subject to a 10% handling fee, Shipping fee’s are not refundable for items already shipped. Products must be returned in the original unopened / undamaged packaging.

Please note that orders are only sent out once we have verified the payment in our accounts.

Order Status:

 

Pending: This is the initial status of the order you have placed. (Payfast Credit card payment that are approved will be automatically changed to "Payment Confirmed")

Waiting on Payment: We will select this status if we are waiting on your payment, Status will only be changed to "Payment Confirmed" once we have verified payment in our account.

Payment Confirmed: Once payment has been verified the status will be changed to “Payment Confirmed” and you will receive and email to verify this status.

Waiting on Stock From our Suppliers: This status will be selected if we are waiting for the stock to arrive from our suppliers.

Ready For Collection: You will receive a ready for collection notification via email, if you have chosen to collect from us. This will happen once the order has been processed and the Payment has been confirmed.
You can also collect your order from our offices in Goodwood. (Proof of order and copy of ID required!!)

Order Shipped: The moment your order has been shipped we will change the status to “Order Shipped” and you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been shipped with the Tracking number.
